Loss can make us feel empty, like we’re missing something or someone who used to be there and now there’s a gaping hole within us. This new space that’s been painfully carved out is a container where our grief now resides. This is called a “grief bowl”. 

This kit includes a handmade ceramic grief bowl, a tool to physically hold space for your grief. Also included is a prompt that will guide you through the Grief Bowl exercise, a mindful practice to honor your feelings and process your grief. 

The grief roller is made with helichrysum essential oil, also known as Everlast or Immortelle, and has been used since ancient times for its wound-healing properties.
